Seal Beach Outing
D had the day off today so we ran a bunch of errands in the morning and headed to Seal Beach afterward. The sky was kind of overcast, but it wasn't too cold. We picked up a couple of sandwiches (one salami and one caprese--mozarella, tomato) at Angelo's Italian Deli. The service was decidedly "Old World", as it seemed that Angelo was the only guy working the counter. I also thought the sandwiches were a bit pricey at $7.99 a piece. However, once we found a park bench and started eating, it was all worth it (especially the salami!) We then took a walk on the pier, which was not easy with the stroller. D ended up carrying k because the ride was so bumpy.
